This 31-year-old woman from Scottsdale, AZ desired breast augmentation with implants to increase the size and fullness of her breasts. She has always wanted enlarged breasts and finally committed to having this very common procedure done after a thorough interview of several surgeons and photographs. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via small inframammary fold incision with cohesive, silicone, gel (gummy bear) implants in the submuscular position. She is ecstatic with her results and the size, shape, and contour. She has not had any change in nipple sensation and had a postoperative course with minimal discomfort and downtime. She stated that she has increased confidence and self-esteem and is thrilled with her “new breasts”. After photos at 9 months postoperative show increased size, projection, and fullness of her breasts along with excellent shape with these form-stable impants.
