This 39-year-old woman from Scottsdale, AZ wished for improved contour of her abdomen. She complained of the "pooch" of her lower belly along with the stretch marks from previous pregnancies. All of the options were discussed as well as her goals and she underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks and thighs for additional contouring. She is very happy with the contour and tightness of her abdomen and is thrilled about her tighter and flatter stomach without the stretch marks. After photos at 7 months show a tighter abdominal wall, improved contour of her abdomen and thighs, as well as removal of all excess skin, fat, and tissue of the abdomen.
